Sometimes, big companies need someone to restructure their plans. Someone with a new perspective. Someone like Nejiru.
There has always been a structure in nature, we just don’t always see it immediately. When we look up at night, we can see the stars scattered randomly all over the sky. But when we look closer, when we begin to study astronomy, we begin to discover constellations and galaxies inside what seems to be a big, beautiful mess.
Just like the galaxies hidden in the night sky, Nejiru searches for lost or potential structures in their client’s companies. They analyse old and established habits, reviewing the way a company works in order to offer fresh perspective. This new point of view enables companies to improve their processes and enhance the company’s growth.
In order to design Nejiru’s new logo, I visualised this fresh perspective of a company’s existing structure. Having created custom lettering for Nejiru’s logo, I then cut it up to create geometric puzzle pieces. These pieces are all part of the company, and by placing them on a simple frame, it demonstrates the company’s new point of view. To further represent the organisation hidden in the chaos, Georg and I chose to base every element on an invisible raster. Finally, we create a number of logo variations to fit the client’s every need. We also provided Nejiru with the set of cut-up lettering parts to play with themselves. We also provided them with different logo versions so that they could expand the company into different subcategories, each with its own logo, but still the same visual scheme.
